Refining Focus: Defining Priorities and Scope
Through an examination of competitors' strategies and heuristic evaluations, commonalities in product vision emerged. Key user stories were identified:
User Flow
Following an analysis of competitors' strategies and the requirements of our suppliers and users, we structure the user flow accordingly.
Wireframes
Based on the user flow, the UX team creates wireframes.
Design Exploration
Our UI design team explores a range of designs to finalize the initial design phase. We concentrate on crafting the UI design for an MVP model, emphasizing minimal features rather than designing every page.
Design Solutions
Following the completion of the initial design phase, we encountered a gap stemming from several months of development delays.
Despite finishing the front-end markup, it became apparent over time that the design required updating. Through further user testing and the resolution of various issues, we ultimately finalized the design.
Final Solution
We successfully launched the app on the App Store and Google Play Store by implementing various enhancements. Users can now browse products, sync them to their Shopify store, manage orders, and engage in real-time chats with sellers.
